Futurism the days .As Marinetti says ” we say

Futurism was a social and art movement in Italy and Russia. Futurism focused on violence, youth and speed. Futurist artists practiced many different types of art such as sculpture, painting, literature, textile and many more. An Italian poet “Flippo Tommas Marinetti” wrote Futurism manifesto in 1909.The manifesto got printed on the front page of “Le Figaro” which was the largest newspaper in France back in the days .As Marinetti says ” we say that the world’s magnificence has been enriched by a new beauty: the beauty of speed…time and space died yesterday. We already live in the absolute, because we have created eternal, omnipresent speed” the movement desires to employ modern, popular means of communication to spread new ideas and thoughts.    The manifesto celebrates speed, machinery and industry in modern way and rejects the old fashioned way of doing arts. Umberto Bocconi, Gino Severni the supporter artists believed that they could be translated to a modern and figurative art which explores properties of space and movement. After a while the movement got so big that even influenced Russia and they began to practice Futurism and Cubism as well. The most famous Russian Artists that practiced Futurism are Kazimir Malevich, Liubov Popova and Natalia Goncharova. The Futurists were so fascinated to show modern experiences and feeling in their artworks in any type of art in a way that the artworks show the feelings that pas arts never showed such as noise, heat, time and even smell because of that they made the classic, dry textiles and fonts more visual and alive.  Visual words were used to refer to small part of an image which informs something related to features. To get a better feeling for these kind of visual words futuristic typefaces try to have emotion felt shape and movement in them. Fonts were designed in a way that even without reading a word and only by looking at the fonts, they would visually give the viewer a feeling that what they are about to read. Futurist poets and painters tried to make a connection between words and images in hybrid forms. Poets used different typos and fonts to create visual syntax and they also explored with “free words” and “free word tables” and also painters painted words on canvas not as a word but as an object that contains emotion in the font and typo. The contemporary design of Futuristic typefaces gives us an imagination to push boundaries, futuristic typefaces always break the mold in a really beautiful way. By the time that World War I started the art movement slowly started to go to its end
