cells and assessment the result through inhibitory cytotoxicity study, the affinity of in-vitro cellular uptake & cell
targeting and cell apoptosis, briefly illustrated
in Figure 1.

Material and methods


5-FU 99% purchased from (Cas
No. 51.21.9) Sigma-Aldrich, India, ?-tocopherol was purchased from
TCI chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd (Cas No. 59-02-8). PLGA purchased from
Sigma-Aldrich, India (Product No. 808482-5G), SCC15 cell lines procured from National Centre for Cell Sciences,
Pune, India. The other entire chemicals (analytical grade) were purchased from
Sigma-Aldrich, India.
